  • 2 cup Brown Sugar (Light)
  • ½ cup Light Corn Syrup
  • ½ lb Butter
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • Dash of Salt
  • Pinch of Cream of Tartar
  • 8 quarts Popped Corn
  1. Mix sugar, syrup, and butter in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil and cook 5 min. Remove from heat, add baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Pour over popped corn immediately.
  2. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 200F for 1 hour.
