Chicken in Wine Sauce w/Tomatoes

- 6 Chicken Breasts (Bonned & Skinned)
- 1 Onion (Diced)
- ½ lb Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 4 Tomatoes (Peeled, Seeded, & Quartered)
- pinch Marjorar
- pinch Rosemary
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 Tbl Parsley (Minced)
- 1 oz Brandy
- Flour chicken breasts and brown in butter with the onions. Add Mushrooms, tomatoes, and spices. Cook for a few minutes. Add wine and chicken stock.
- Reduce heat and cook covered about 25 minutes or until chicken is done. Add parsley and brandy. Stir and Serve.
