  • 4 Eggs (Jumbo)
  • 4 Tbl Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Matzah Meal
  • 4 Tbl Water (Warm)
  1. Blend eggs, oil, and salt; add matzah meal and water. Let it set overnight.
  2. Form into 1" balls and boil in lightly salted water (or bouillon) for 1 hour. Add to soup.
