  • 3 Egg Whites (Large)
  • ¼ tsp Cream of Tartar
  • pinch Salt
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¾ cup Chocolat Chips (Optional)
  1. Beat the egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips (Optional)
  2. Bake at 275F for 1 hour.
