Whole Wheat Bread

  • 5 cup Warm Water
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • ⅓ cup Black Strap Molasses
  • 2 Tbl Yeast
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • ⅔ cup Oil
  • 12 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  1. Add yeast to warm water. Let set for several minutes (10ish).
  2. Mix rest of ingredients together. Make well in rest. Add yeast mixture to well and mix well. Knead for 10-12 minutes. Let rise until doubled.
  3. Divide into 3 or 4 even sections and place each section in a well greased bread pan. Place in warm oven for about 25 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
