Combine bread cubes and chocolate chips and place in greased 9x13 pan. Combine eggs, 3 cups cream, 1 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and dash of salt. Pour over bread and press lightly to moisten bread completely. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes (Until Set)
SAUCE: In small, heavy saucepan, combine ½ cup brown sugar and cornstarch; stir in ⅓ cup cream, water, and corn syrup. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly (may look curdled.) Cook and stir 2 more minutes. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Pour over hot pudding.
Let stand 30 minutes.
