Pumpkin Gingerbread

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • ⅔ cup Water
  • 1 15oz Can Pumpkin
  • 2 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  • 1 tsp Allspice (Ground)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 3½ cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Add water and blend well. Stir in pumpkin.
  2. Sift flour and spices together and add to pumpkin mixture.
  3. Pour evenly into two greased loaf pans (9x5). Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
