  • 1 cup Rye Meal
  • 1 cup Corn Meal
  • 1 cup Graham Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¾ cup Molassas
  • 2 cup Sour Milk
  1. Measure, mix, and sift dry ingredients. Add liquids and beat thoroughly. Pour into well greased mold (#2 Coffee Cans). Cover closely and steam for 4 hours.
  2. Steamer- Little water on bottom and can ON RACK. Bread does not sit in water.
