  • ½ cup Beer (Warm)
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Fennel Seed
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cup Flour
  1. Combine warm beer, water, and yeast and let rise.
  2. After letting yeast rise, mix salt, fennel, olive oil, and flour with yeast mixture. Let rise.
  3. Roll into thin sticks and place on baking sheet. (Optional: Brush with egg wash.)
  4. Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes.
