  • 1 cup Flour (Sifted)
  • ¾ cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1 Tblsp. Cinnamon
  • 4 cup Rhubarb (Cubed)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tblsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  1. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Place half in a 9" square pan and cover with rhubarb.
  2. In a saucepan cook sugar, corn starch, water, and vanilla until thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumb mixture.
  3. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
