Ingredients
  • 3 cup Flour (Sifted)
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Sweet Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tblsp. Karo Syrup (Corn Syrup)
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cloves (Ground)
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugars; add egg, cream, and syrup. Add spices and flour.
  2. Chill
  3. When firm, take a small amount at a time and roll very thin on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes. WATCH CLOSELY as they will burn easily.
