Ingredients
  • 8 Chicken Breasts (Skinned & Boned)
  • 2 Onions (Medium Chopped)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 1 Tbl Vegetable Oil
  • 2 14oz Cans Chicken Broth
  • 4 15.5oz Cans Cannellini Beans (Rinsed & Drained)
  • 1 15.5oz Cans Cannellini Beans (Mashed)
  • 2 4.5oz Cans Chopped Green Chilis (Undrained)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Ground)
  • ¾ tsp Oregano (Dried)
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Cloves (Ground)
  • ⅛ tsp Red Pepper (Ground)
  • Toppings
  • Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro (Chopped Fresh)
  • Green Onion (Chopped)
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Saute chicken, onion and garlic in hot oil until done. Stir in broth and next 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil - simmer until flavors blend.
  2. Serve with toppings.
